Hi, I’m Dr. Gregory Armstrong—better known as Doctor G. For over 25 years, I’ve dedicated my life to helping people take back control of their health, their habits, and their happiness.

Here’s a bit more about me…

I love music. All kinds. All genres. I pretty much always have music playing at all times.

What I listen to depends on what kind of mood I’m in and what I’m doing. As I’m typing this, I’m listening to Fleetwood Mac.

I’m really, really good at “the worm”. Remember that break-dance move? If not, Google it. I have never met anyone who can do “the worm” as well as I can. Think you can “out worm” me? Take a quick video and send it to me. I’m up for the challenge.

These are my top 3 bucket list item:

1. Hike to the top of Machu Picchu in Peru with my wife, Jessica.
2. Cage dive with great white sharks off the coast of Northern California. Jessica says I’m on my own for this one.
3. Meet Derek Jeter…he’s one of my heroes. A champion and first-class guy.
